Founded in Barcelona in 2019 and registered in Spain's National Registry of Associations, Win-Win Connection is a nonprofit organization that promotes the social and professional inclusion of vulnerable people, through education and training.
Our mission is to create opportunities for professional growth, both for underserved communities and for the employees who support them. We design and deliver education and training programs with companies, universities, NGOs, international organizations and public institutions that share our purpose.

HP employees coach women facing barriers to employment through five days of professional and digital skills training: five modules, three hours a session. 254 women have completed the program across 11 editions, with a 96.5 % completion rate.
ADP professionals delivered hands-on training in corporate dynamics, communication and job access for women facing barriers to employment. Four editions: Barcelona in 2023 and 2024, Milan in 2024 and 2025, with more than 30 ADP coaches in each.
A full week in Barcelona for international medical and global health students. Win-Win opens the doors a foreign university cannot open on its own: four reference hospitals in Barcelona and Girona, with a clinician receiving each group, plus primary care — Delivered three years running, 2024 to 2026.
UNIQLO store and office employees coach refugee women in customer service and retail floor skills, through live role-play with immediate feedback. Piloted in Barcelona with twelve participants, seven coaches and eight nationalities in the room.
