In Corporations
Building Digital Equity
In this Digital Equity CSR project, HP employees volunteer to deliver workshops on Self-Awareness, Project Management, Effective Communication, Job Market Access, and Networking. Through these sessions, participants acquire essential digital skills, regain confidence, build a support network, and become job-ready with the guidance of HP coaches.
Making Change Happen
This CSR initiative, led by ADP Barcelona and ADP Italy, leverages ADP’s core expertise in human resources to connect vulnerable women with job opportunities. ADP coaches deliver hands-on training in Corporate Dynamics, Emotional Intelligence, Project Development, Communication, and Job Access, equipping participants with essential skills and confidence for employment readiness.
In Educational Institutions
Medical Education in Spain
We partner with Michigan State University to elevate medical education in Barcelona for US students. Collaborating with top institutions like Hospital Clínic, Vall d’Hebron, and Hospital Josep Trueta, we ensure seamless programs that broaden learning and develop future medical professionals in a dynamic environment.
The Green Impact Project
The Green Impact Project: This service-learning project based in El Carmel, BCN, connects ESADE students with youth from Marti Codolar, a Salesian institution supporting young people outside traditional education. Together, they created a recycling project, which the youth then shared with the community, learning about personal growth, sustainability and social responsibility in the process.
International
Building Knowledge
Developed with Cornell Social Consulting, this CSR project delivers entrepreneurship education to refugees worldwide. The first cohort—22 young people from the Dukwi refugee camp—began classes in November 2023 with a local economics teacher sponsored by Win Win Connection. This adaptable program fosters economic empowerment through skills development and can be replicated for various communities in need.
Medical Missions in the Amazon
In collaboration with the Peruvian Navy, we enable doctors from various US universities to provide vital healthcare to remote Amazon communities. Our service trips offer essential medical assistance at clinics for underserved river populations, creating significant impact in these isolated areas.
